The cottage itself has good-sized accommodation; the ground floor has a kitchen with dining area with a wood burning fire and is the heart of the cottage, the large sitting room has windows and French doors onto a patio area at the front of the cottage and enjoys day long sunshine, the room is large and equipped with 3 x 3 seater sofas, a table for use for dining or playing games/doing puzzles of which there are a selection for our house guests to enjoy, also a television set linked to a Video and DVD player with a selection of videos and DVD’s for our guests also to enjoy during their stay.

The ground floor has a bedroom at the rear of the property, which has windows enjoying views across the rolling countryside and French doors to the front of the cottage onto its own patio which again enjoys daylong sunshine. The room itself has a double bed and a sofa bed (double), which can be used if required.

The main family bathroom is on the ground floor this is a very spacious area with bath, separate shower, vanity unit and WC. There is also a utility room equipped with a sink and washing machine.

The first floor has a shower room with a spacious shower, vanity unit and WC. This floor also has a bedroom that has 2 double beds. The upper bedroom has 4 single beds with views across the countryside, the room also has a lot of space for relaxing.
